Awesome and absolutely fantastic staff, breakfasts were delicious.
We really enjoyed the hotel and London, had 3 great days there. We booked a room with a lovely bed, a Nespresso coffee machine, a balcony and a kettle. There was a particularly good view of the roof top. Our stay was value for money:...

We appreciated staff and food here. Just a walk down to Aldgate East metro station, some 5 minutes walk. Personnel is loyal. Within 10 mins walk to tower bridge and next to other tourist sites.

would definitely book here again
The room had a tv, coffee machine, mini-fridge, and free bottled water. The bathroom provided quality toiletries, towels, bathrobe, and hairdryer. Breakfast was fantastic with hot items prepared fresh by an award-winning chef. The staff were super attentive and always ready to help.

Staff was excellent. Room was clean. Needed brighter lights inside the room. Room a little small. Good place to stay for doing business in London.
